What if I don’t like the engine (it doesn’t fit) and I want to return it?

We offer a 14-day return period for every order. Just let us know what's wrong with your car's engine, and we will handle the return to our warehouse.

How can I choose the right engine for my car?

If you're unsure which engine is right for you, please send us your car's VIN code, or contact us, and we'll help you find the engine you need

How long is the warranty period?

We offer two types of warranties for used engines: Category A and Category B.

 - A category includes a tested engine from our partners and comes with a 6-month warranty.
 
 - B category comes with a 3-month warranty under our terms, provided that the installation follows the guidelines we specify. All of our rebuilt engines are covered by a 6-month warranty, as long as our installation rules are followed. If the engine breaks down during this period, Haitex will handle the repair.

Have the engines for sale been checked?

Our team of mechanics has thoroughly inspected the engines. Visual inspections are conducted inside the engine, followed by compression measurements and checks. After completing the work, appropriate guarantees are provided.
